There are basically two ways of doing this, you change change your default transfer pin via text message or via ussd code.

Via text
If you want to use this method then using your phone; Go to message > create new message using this format;

PIN<space>Default Pin<space>New Pin, then send to this number 432

Example: Let’s say the New Pin you want to change to is 9173 (note: your default pin is 1234 and your new pin must not exceed four digits)

Then your message should go this way; PIN 1234 9173 and send to 432. Once you send this, you’ll recieve a notification confirming your change of transfer pin.

Via ussd
If you can’t go through all the above procedure, you can simply dial; *432#.Options you can chose from will be displayed to you;

Select option 4 (PIN Management)
Select 1 (Change of PIN)
Enter Current Pin (Current pin is your Old or default pin)
Enter New Pin ( the pin you want to change to)
Press Ok/Send.

Enter Airtime Amount
Enter Transfer Pin
Press Send/Ok.
